Interment: Addison Rural Cemetery, Addison, NY Biographyhim. He graduated from Corning-Painted Post West High School in 1964 and then attended Oswego State University. Larry served as a Sergeant in the U.S. 8th Army in Korea from 1966 to 1968. He was employed by Burroughs Business Machines, Syracuse, NY, where he was an Account Manager for many years. Larry was actively involved in the VFW Post 524 in Corning. He is survived by his mother Pauline Lewis of Corning; two daughters: Lori Lewis, Esq., of Mount Kisco and Amy (Sean) Carter of Woodbury , MN; one brother, James (Theresa) Lewis of Mainville, OH; special friend, Elaine West of Painted Post, NY; aunts: Martha Ward of Addison, NY, and Geraldine Rounds of Rochester, NY; uncle, Richard Lewis of Addison; niece, Kelly (Todd) Williams, Esq, of West Chester, OH; nephew, Jeffrey Lewis of Kirkwood, MO; cousins: Pat Ward, John (Deanna) Ward, Pat Lewis, Matt Lewis, all of Addison, and Jill Cooper of Rochester, NY. A future memorial service will be announced by the family with burial at Addison Rural Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Phillips Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 17 W. Pulteney St. in Corning. |
